  • These steel shafts are made of Cf53 German steel,
    • The German steel is one of the highest quality steel in the world
    • The Cf53 is particularly well suited for both surface hardening and resilience 
  • The shafts are centerless ground and induction hardened to 60±2RC for long life and durability
  • Linear rail LFS-12-1 is a very economical linear rail and bearing system and simple to install
  • The linear rails have blind M5 tapped holes to make mounting super simple
  • The mounting holes oare on 100mm centers and you only need to use as many as required by the load
  • So for small loads and short travel , they only need mounting plates at the ends
  • It is extremely light and depending on the number of supports used, can be very compact
  • A linear rail is made up of 2 shafts and at least 2 mounting feet. 
  • This rail system is EASY TO INSTALL
  • Provides simple accurate linear motiona at the lowest possible cost
  • The rails are sold separately.
  • The mounting feet are sold 10 sets/bag, including assembly hardware.
